Sigma's Chief Scientist, Dr. John Degnan, has recently (May 2010) been elevated to Senior Member status in the Optical Society of America (OSA). He is also a Fellow of the International Association for Geodesy (IAG), a Senior Member ofthe Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and a Charter Member of the International Laser Communica-tions Society (ILCS).
