PRIMX - Project Risk Information Management and eXchange (PRIMX) is a web-based risk management software solution developed with NASA funding. PRIMX facilitates a project team to conduct continuous risk management throughout a project's life cycle. PRIMX allows users to effectively identify, analyze, plan, track, control, and communicate risks within the team and with management and stakeholders.
Sigma is involved in the development, implementation, and maintenance of NASA risk management programs under multiple contracts. Support activities include development of risk management plan, risk management training, risk identification and analysis, risk mitigation and tracking, PRIMX risk management tool implementation, sustaining risk management support, and reliability analysis. When supporting these activities and implementing the PRIMX tool, Sigma adapts standards that closely reflect the nature of the project. Sigma's PRIMX team works with the project to establish a risk management framework, complete the data dictionary for the PRIMX database, provide needed information for risk management training materials, and provides ongoing administration of the PRIMX database to ensure its functionality and integrity.
